LOCATING PINS

L-PINS L-PINS* are quick removable locating devices for precision alignment of work pieces in jigs and fixtures. "L" handle is ideal where space is a consideration. L-PINS* can be ordered with an optional nylon covered steel cable for attachment at Point "E" for connecting pins to jigs and fixtures. (Specify part number and add A ie: 180-00A) * Add the price of 190-00 cable. * Pins are hardened and ground with black oxide finish. * Handle is drilled to receive pin which allows pin to be used all the way to handle. THREADED LOCATING PINS WITH RELIEVED PILOT (SLIP FIT) ST'D. PILOT DIAMETER UNDERSIZE PILOT DIAMETER WITH RELIEVED PILOT (SLIP FIT) These precision locating pins are offered with choice of "A" or "B" pilot diameters. "B" pilot diameters are nominally .001 inch smaller than "A" pilot diameters for applications requiring less critical registration. This type of locating pin is designed for threaded hole mounting and should be used with threaded retainers. If bushings to fit pilot diameters are required, mating headless or head press fit bushings of corresponding sizes may be selected. *F dim. is not maintained on small pilot diameters.
