Exclusive Features: Drilling wire holes in hexagonal and circular sections can be done is as little 
as 30 seconds, Model SF-4 is designed and engineered to maintain a high degree of accuracy much
more than can be obtained by most other jigs. It converts the work into a simple drilling operation.
All wear parts are hardened and ground for maximum accuracy and durability. Quick set-up saves
time and money and eliminates expensive tool-up waiting periods. Light weight (7lbs.) and easy action
assures time economics. Model SF-4 provides higher production on either long or short runs. The
main base is made of mehanite cast iron with a much greater resistance to shock and fracture. Clamp
down feature permits fixture to be easily secured to a drill press table.

All other sizes within this range are special. In addition to the base price, specials are subject
to a set-up charge, prorated over the number of drill guides ordered in a specific size. Larger
diameters are also available subject to price quotation. A 135° point drill (high speed) or flat
bottom drill is suggested for longer drill life.  Be sure to specify size of guides desired. All
diameters should be carried to the fourth decimal.
