HEX HEAD SPINDLE ASSEMBLY
The hex head spindle assembly is for heavy duty applications. A replaceable slip-on neoprene cap can be added to the hex head to give it a cushion surface.

NEOPRENE TIP SPINDLE ASSEMBLY
The bonded neoprene tip has good oil and solvent resistant properties. It will not mar the work surface. The cushion will take up minor variations in thickness and will tolerate slightly unlevel surfaces. However, only light load is recommended for the neoprene tip spindle.

SWIVEL PAD ASSEMBLY: 
The swivel pad spindle assembly has a large flat contact surface.  The floating pad can swivel 12 degrees in each direction to accommodate an unlevel surface. It is copper plated and will not pick up splash from welding.

T-SLOT ADAPTOR PLATES
The T-slot adaptor plates can be used to mount specific toggle clamp models 80-040, 80-220, 80-240, 80-250 on tables with T-slots. The adaptor plates are available in two heights and can also be used in conjunction with the following vertical extension brackets: 81-048, 81-248, and 81-288. The adaptor plates can be used as riser blocks in order to increase toggle clamp bar clearance.
