Model 810-S pneumatic clamps used in a drilling application.		Model 810-U pneumatic clamp used in a drilling application.
In this welding setup, five lift arms are grouped in a single fixture. The five parts are held by a total of 32 pneumatic power clamps and swing cylinders.		The swing cylinders are pre-set to a clamping force that meets the workholding requirements exactly.
These swing clamps have a 90o swing and 1/2" downward clamping stroke. When the clamps arm is in the retracted position, the clearance allows for easy part loading and unloading.		Robot-applied welds on the critical lift arm must be held to precision print specs.
