ORDERING INFORMATION

Oil Groove Bushings may be considered in any ANSI or ALL American(r) Standard
drill bushing.

**When Ordering Specify:**
EXAMPLE:	Quantity	Bushing Type	I.D. "A"	O.D. "B"	Oil Grove Type	Wiper Style
EXAMPLE:	6	P	3/4	1"	AJ	AAA

TECHNICAL DATA
Select from 25 different types of oil grooves as shown on this section. I.D. range from 1/2" min. to 6" max. Length range from 1/2" min. to 6" max. Oil grooves are 3/64" wide x 3/64" deep. Oil holes are 1/4" dia. O.D. grooves are 5/16" wide. Bushings with any of the following three conditions: I.D. one inch or less, O.D. one inch or less, length one inch or less will have 3/16" wide x 1/32" deep O.D. grooves, oil hole 1/8".

WIPER DESIGNS

To guard against dirt and/or chips merely add the appropriate wiper style with your order.

Note: The oil groove should never break out at the wiper end of the bushing.

APPLICATION DATA

Oil groove bushings are used when bushing applications require lubrication

*Style "ABB" wiper will be furnished when wall thickness exceeds 1/4". We reserve the right to make changes and improvements that may be desirable.
