Gun Drill Liners and Inserts are in large demand for precise drilling and are made to the same high standards of excellence which characterize All American bushings. They are heat treated to RC 62-64 and have a concentricity of .0002 T.I.R. Standards are available from stock in numbers, letters and fractional drill sizes. Specials can be made upon request.
Gun Drill Liners are designed to be used with the replaceable inserts indicated in the table below. All type GDL bushings are ground concentric within .0002 T.I.R. The heads are undercut and square with the O.D. so the liner will seat flat against the chip box.
