GUN DRILL
LINERS AND INSERTS are in large demand for precise drilling and are
made to the same high standards of excellence which characterize All
American(r) bushings. They
are heat treated to RC 62-64 and have a concentricity of .0002 T.I.R.
Standards are available from stock in number, letter and fractional
drill sizes. Specials can be made upon request.
GUN DRILL LINERS are designed to be used with the replaceable inserts indicated in the table. All type GDL Bushings are ground concentric within .0002 .T.I.R. The heads are undercut and square with outside diameters so the liner will seat flat against the chip box.
