The EZ CAST is made for potted, cast in
place, or imbedment in jigs made of laminated glass fibers, potting
compounds, castable and soft materials.
The EZ CAST liner is used with ALL AMERICAN and ANSI renewable drill
bushings.
The EZ CAST liner provides a precise and stable location for renewable
drill bushings and in addition protects the hole in the jig plate from
wear and spin-out.
The EZ CAST is an excellent solution in reducing time consuming repair
in the tool room. The inside diameter is ground for correct slip fit
with renewable drill bushings. Renewable drill bushings offer greater
versatility, convenience, and economy.
The EZ CAST assembly, due to the unique design, allows rapid
installation and removal of renewable drill bushings. A quick turn locks
it securely in place or easily removes it.
