TECHNICAL DATA

HARDNESS: Heat treated to RC 62-64

COUNTERBORE: Combination Bushings are not counterbored thereby providing a full bearing surface for the drill/reamer. However, any standard bushing will be counterbored upon request at no additional charge.

NOTE: The word combination refers to the combination chip breaker/directed coolant bushing. It does not refer to the combination of the bushing and liner together. Liners must be ordered separately.

NOTE: Combination style bushings are designed to operate at maximum efficiency when used with the Directed Coolant liner. They will not function with ordinary bushing liners. Bushings are longer than the liners when the chip breaker and directed coolant features are combined.

CONCENTRICITY: 0 to .0005 T.I.R. on standard finish ground parts.
