DRILL BUSHING TIP:
Specify the part number, add the drill sizes as a
parenthetical suffix to the part number. Drill size should be
specified as a decimal size to four places.

NOTE:
There is an extra charge for all drill bushing tips specified to
have smaller than the minimum drill size. Standard drill
bushing tips are those with standard drill sizes, see page
1.6, and with sizes falling between the maximum and
minimum sizes in (A.) An extra charge will be added for each
special dimension (such as shank O.D./length) which may
be specified.
SHANK ONLY:
To order bushings without the threaded collars, the letter “A”
is omitted

Specify the Collar part number shown below collar drawing

Specify the part number and add minimum and
maximum drill guide hole size to four places as a
parenthetical suffix to the part number

Special sizes are supplied only at extra cost. Drill
Guide Hole tolerances closer than standard are supplied on
special quotations only.

ACCESSORIES:
The accessories listed are designed to work with tips
appearing in the same vertical column in which the
accessory part numbers are shown.
SELECTION FOR JIG DESIGN REQUIREMENTS:
There are five drill bushing tip thread sizes listed which
match those of the standard nose pieces. In each of the five
drill bushing tip dimensional drawings, dimension “B” is the
shank outside diameter. This shank slips into the lock liner
bushing. Dimension “A” is the drill bit guide hole. This
dimension is finished to A.N.S.I. drill specifications.
Dimension “C” is the length of the shank extending from the
collar to the end of the shank.
NOTE: These parts are considered as specials and are not
returnable.
